28th, 2002.
ANY DRUNKDRIVING (OUI, DWI, DUI)
OFFENSES IN ANY OTHER STATE WILL COUNT
TOWARDS THE LOOKBACK OR LIMITATION PERIOD.
It is a criminal offense to submit
to a chemical or blood test and
obtain a result of above a .08,
the legal limit in Massachusetts,
as of July 1st, 2003.
 I
am an attorney dedicated to the defense of persons charged
